Fraud at the ABMC
(
Destruction of government property &making a false official statement)

August 9, 2016 the ABMC committed grand theft by removing the headstone of Sgt Ray from the 505th Prcht Inf 82nd Abn Div. The ABMC does not have the authority to change any inscriptions on a headstone (document attached).

That has to come from the Army or NARA. Nosal has lied over and over about issues at the ABMC including the Ray headstone issue (document mentioned above shows what Nosal has done).

Neither the Army nor NARA (in this case) signed off on the change that Nosal ordered in August of 2016. There are no exceptions to that rule. Time and time again the ABMC has stated the same thing. They do not have the authority to change an inscription on any of their headstones (attached is the legal headstone for Sgt Ray along with the authority to have it changed to 13 June 1944).

Nothing else applies in this situation. The September edict was a month after the illegal headstone removal. Even then it doesn't apply as the next of kin could only choose where to have the body sent but they never had the authority to change a date of death or unit designation. Only the Army and NARA has that authority in this case.

Here is a link to the documentation showing why the Army corrected the date to 13 June 1944.

The lawyers at the ABMC might want to explain Title 18, United States Code, Section 1001 to D'Alessandro, Nosal and Shatzer.  Here is the documentation showing what D'Alessandro Nosal and Shatzer have done in the commission of a crime (from D'Alessandro), (from Nosal) and (from Shatzer).

Title 18, United States Code, Section 1001 makes it a crime to 1) knowingly and willfully; 2) make any materially false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or representation; 3) in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative or judicial branch of the United States.

"Misrepresentation: to give a false or misleading representation, usually with intent to deceive or be unfair <misrepresented the facts>".  Look it up.
